In this workshop we’ll explore practical ways to approach writing the first draft of any type of book, as well as strategies to decrease stress during the process. We’ll also learn why writers with procrastination and perfectionism get triggered during the first draft phase, and how we can keep moving toward our goals in an ease-ful way.
Tao Yin Yoga/Qigong with Paul David Shea
This class focuses on the cultivation, direction, and movement of your innate life force energy called Chi or Qi. Through various Yin postures (Asanas), Gentle movement, breath work, mental focus, and visualization, this practice will help to unblock, strengthen, revitalize and heal the body, mind, and spirit. This class is based on the foundational principles of 5 elements yoga and Qigong as taught in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
