This class is dedicated to harnessing and directing your innate life force energy, often referred to as Chi or Qi.
Through a combination of Yin postures (Asanas), gentle movements, controlled breathing techniques, focused mental exercises, and meditation, this practice is designed to unblock, fortify, rejuvenate, and promote healing in your body, mind, and spirit.
Rooted in the foundational principles of 5 elements yoga and Qigong as taught in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this class invites you to wear comfortable attire and prepare for an experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, reinvigorated, and more attuned to your vital energy.
