I'm a writer and mental health advocate. Plus I love to play ping-pong! It keeps my brain and body active and healthy and having fun! I've written one novel, Lullabies in Bedlam, which you can check out on my website if the spirit calls to you! I'm working on a second project now, also a novel. It's called the Peace Project and is all about empowering "new" adults (college age folks) to make a real difference in our society. To address some of the deeper problems our society is currently up against. I'm mom to a 19 year old daughter and to Milo, our pet Schnoodle!
